Although the weather was pretty awful and we had some very heavy
rain most days, the tent looked after us and the sun came out most afternoons!
George and Molly both slept fairly well in the tent, however it made me
smile when Molly woke up early on Wednesday and asked:
"daddy, why is the wind in our tent?"
- it was windy and very wet!
We did however have some really nice times on the great beach and
explored lots of rock pools together!
On the way home we called in at Lynton
We had lunch on the beach at Lynmouth and then took the cliff train
up to Lynton where Bex decided we had to have the largest cream tea I have ever seen!
Molly really liked this cow in Lynmouth:
